Here is the complete breakdown of government fees payable for Private Limited Company registration in India. These fees are paid directly to the government authorities.
Government Charges:
1. Name Reservation (SPICe+ Part A)
- Standard Name Reservation: Rs. 1,000 (valid for 20 days)
- Name Extension (if needed): Rs. 3,000 (extends validity by 40 days)
2. MCA Filing Fee
- Companies with Authorised Capital up to Rs. 15 Lakh: NIL (Zero fee)
- For higher authorized capital, refer to MCA fee schedule
3. PAN & TAN Application
- Approximately Rs. 143 (auto-applied through SPICe+)
4. Stamp Duty (Varies by State)
Stamp duty is calculated based on the state of registration and authorised capital. Some indicative rates for Rs. 1 Lakh Authorised Capital:
- Delhi: Rs. 360
- Maharashtra: Rs. 1,300
- Karnataka: Rs. 10,020
- Uttar Pradesh: Rs. 1,010
