Documents Required for Private Limited Company Registration

Here is the complete list of documents required for Private Limited Company registration in India.

Documents for Directors/Shareholders:

For Indian Nationals:
1. PAN Card - Mandatory for all directors and shareholders
2. Address Proof - Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport / Driving License
3. Photograph - Recent passport-size photograph
4. Mobile Number - Unique mobile number for each person (used for OTP verification)
5. Email ID - Unique email address for each person (used for OTP verification)
6. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) - Class 3 DSC (we arrange this for you)

For Foreign Nationals/NRIs:
1. Passport - Notarised and Apostilled copy
2. Address Proof - Foreign address proof (Apostilled)
3. Photograph - Recent passport-size photograph
4. Mobile Number - Unique mobile number for each person
5. Email ID - Unique email address for each person
6. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) - Class 3 DSC (we arrange this for you)

Documents for Registered Office:

1. Utility Bill - Electricity/Water/Gas bill (not older than 2 months)
2. NOC from Property Owner - If rented (on plain paper with owner's signature)
3. Ownership Proof - If owned (Sale deed / Property tax receipt)

Note: As per Section 12(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, you may use a director's residential address as a temporary communication address during incorporation. Form INC-22 must be filed with ROC within 30 days to notify the permanent registered office.

Important: Mobile number and email ID are used for OTP verification during DSC issuance. Each director must have a unique mobile number and email address.
